Privacy Notice

2.1 What we collect

Account: display name, email, date of birth or minor status, sign-in credentials.

Acceptance records: version, accepted time, and the three acknowledgements (read, faith, and agree). When a parent first approves a youth, that approval also stores the guardian’s name and supervision acknowledgement once.

Membership, event activity, listings you publish, messages you send about a listing, flags you submit, and payment records from the payment collector (not raw card numbers).

Notification permission if you grant it. We do not require a profile photograph.

2.2 Advertising partners

We may display advertisements. We may provide advertising agencies and similar partners with advertising material and with limited information reasonably needed to deliver or measure a placement (for example, general region, listing category, or a technical identifier). We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not give an advertising partner your church roster, your messages, or a minor’s address or phone (those fields are not collected as public fields for a minor).

2.3 What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not publish leaderboards.

We do not put volunteer names, attendance lists, or business-inquiry messages on the public website.

2.4 Who sees what

Guests see public event and business listings only.

A minor’s public directory row, if shown, contains only photo, display name, and email.

A message to a listed business is visible to that adult member and the listing owner, and to a KC administrator only on a documented safety report.

2.5 Mail, retention, children, requests

Account mail, listing-fee receipts, and any digest you opt into are transactional. Notices about joining, substitutes, flags, and church administration stay inside the signed-in Service. Records are kept while the account is open and for a reasonable period afterward for security, listing-fee accounting, and legal process. A parent or guardian must accept for a minor.
