Terms of Use
Kingdom Conquerors (“KC,” “we,” “us”). The “Service” means the Kingdom Conquerors website and the signed-in application, together. Contact: admin@kingdomconquerors.org.
1.1 Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, checking the boxes on the accept window, and choosing Agree and continue, you enter this agreement. A youth under 18 enters this agreement by checking those same boxes. If you first approve a youth account from your parent account, you represent that you are that youth's parent or legal guardian, you accept these Terms for the youth, and you are responsible for managing and supervising that child's use of the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.2A Confession
Kingdom Conquerors is a Christian community. As a condition of using the Service, and again as a condition of creating a church, an unaffiliated public group, an event, or a business listing, you affirm the Holy Bible and that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are the one true God, and you agree to use the Service in keeping with that confession. The Holy Bible is the Word of God and the rule of faith and conduct. The one true God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. All have sinned and need the forgiveness God gives in Jesus Christ. This confession is a standard of participation. It is not a claim that you are without sin. Scripture teaches that all have sinned and that forgiveness is found in Jesus Christ. Members are expected to follow the standards of the Holy Bible, listen to the Holy Spirit, and abide by God's living word.
1.2 Permitted purpose
You will use the Service only for the purposes KC publishes on the website: Events, Directory (including church and business listings), Community Discussion, serving and substitute arrangements within a church or group you belong to, and ordinary account functions needed for those purposes. You will not use the Service as a general-purpose social network or for any purpose we do not publish.
1.3 No illegal or criminal use
You will not use the Service for any illegal or criminal activity. You will not use the Service to threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, defraud, or traffic in persons or contraband, or to solicit any of those acts. We may suspend an account, remove content, and report conduct where the law requires or permits it.
1.4 Photographs and explicit content
You may not submit photographs or video of another person who is not in your family unless you have that person’s permission (and a parent or guardian’s permission if that person is a minor). You may not submit explicit, pornographic, or sexually graphic photographs, video, or text. You may not submit content that sexualizes a minor, including fictional depictions. We may remove such material without notice and suspend the account.
1.5 Spaces are not actively monitored
Regions, churches, groups, discussions, events, and directory listings are not actively monitored. Members and guests may encounter offensive, explicit, inaccurate, or otherwise improper material that another person submitted. By using the Service you accept that risk. KC does not promise that such material will be found or removed before you see it.
1.6 Flagging content
A signed-in member may flag member content as inappropriate. A flag sends a notice to the group administrators, the church administrators, or KC administrators who are responsible for that content. Review is not immediate. It may take days or weeks. Flagging is not an emergency service and is not a promise that the content will be removed. You agree that you will not hold KC liable for harm or damage arising from viewing member content or from the time it takes to review a flag.
1.7 Advertising
KC may display advertisements and sponsored placements on the Service. KC may create advertising material and may provide that material, together with limited information reasonably needed to deliver or measure the placement, to advertising agencies and similar partners. Advertisements are not an endorsement of the advertised goods, services, churches, or events. A Featured listing or listing fee is a placement payment; it is not a donation.
1.8 What KC is and is not
KC is a community service and public listing window. It is not a church, not a denomination, not a child-care provider, not a background-check bureau, and not a substitute for a pastor, counselor, physician, or lawyer. KC does not operate the churches, groups, discussions, events, or businesses that members describe on the Service.
1.9 Accounts
You must give a working email and accurate date of birth or minor status. One person, one account. You are responsible for that account.
1.10 Minors
A youth under 18 enters this agreement by checking the same three boxes on the accept window. The account stays waiting until a parent or legal guardian first approves it from the parent account. A minor may not publish a public event, may not publish a business listing, may not create a church or an unaffiliated public group, and may not start or join a message thread with a listed business. If a minor appears in a directory, the public fields are limited to photo, display name, and email. A minor account must not display address, phone, or precise location. Conversations that are not tied to a church or group remain closed to minors.
1.11 Member content
Events, business listings, church descriptions, group posts, messages, and photos are member content. The member who posts them is responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness and for the rules in §1.3 and §1.4. You grant KC a non-exclusive license to host, display, and—where §1.7 applies—include that content in advertising material for as long as the content remains published.
1.12 Listing disclaimer
KC does not specifically endorse, support, or review individual event listings, business listings, or other directory entries supplied by members or organizers. Publication is not a recommendation, not a certification of safety, and not a statement that KC has investigated the organizer, the venue, the business, or the people involved.
By viewing listings or other member content on the Service you agree that: (1) you are responsible for reviewing each business, person, venue, and event for safety and for appropriateness to the age of every person in your care; and (2) you will not hold Kingdom Conquerors, its officers, volunteers, or contractors liable for any harm, loss, or damage you incur because those listings or that information were made available to you, including damage from viewing content on the Service.
1.13 Churches, groups, and discussions
KC is not responsible for any church, group, gathering, discussion, substitute arrangement, or pastoral conversation among members. A paid church workspace or a verified-church marker is an account state. It is not a theological endorsement and not a safety review.
1.14 Payments
Listing fees and Featured placements are payments for placement on the Service. They are not donations, not tithes, and not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution by reason of this agreement. Ticket sales and a business’s own sales occur off the Service.
1.15 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Service, from member content, from advertisements, from delay in reviewing a flag, or from your attendance at an event or your dealing with a listed business or church. KC’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the listing fees you paid to KC in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred United States dollars. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limits, the limit applies to the fullest extent allowed.
1.16 Arbitration; venue
You and KC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. You and KC waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in the small-claims court of Franklin County, Pennsylvania, instead of arbitration, if the claim qualifies.
1.17 Changes
When KC posts a new version of these pages, the accept window appears on the next signed-in session. The member cannot use the rest of the signed-in Service until Agree and continue is completed for that version. The public footer and listing banners will point at the current version.
